TurnHER Up

Behavior Under Pressure for Women Leaders

Oct. 16, 2026

1:00 - 5:00 PM

ignite sparked by BBB - Phoenix

TurnHER Up is a live, in-person event for women leaders who want to understand how their decisions, communication, and presence actually operate under pressure.

Built for women who are already successful, and want to operate at a higher level under stress.

This is a structured, experiential exploration of behavior under pressure, designed to help you see your responses clearly and choose how you show up when it matters.

Every leader has a Pressure Gap. It's the distance between how you intend to operate and what your behavior actually produces when pressure, speed, uncertainty, responsibility, and technology collide.

AI didn't create that gap. It's making it faster to see.

For women leaders who want to understand how they respond under pressure.

For women leaders who want clarity on how they operate under pressure, and what that costs or creates for the people who follow them.

TurnHER Up is for women business owners and leaders who carry real responsibility: leading companies, managing people, making decisions, and holding things together at work and at home. What shows up in you under pressure doesn't stay contained to you. It sets the tone for every team, room, and decision downstream.

If you find yourself asking...

  • Why do certain conversations drain me or derail faster than they should?

  • Why do I keep having the same friction points with people, decisions, or delivery?

  • Why do I shut down, over-control, or over-explain under stress?

  • Why does my team seem to inherit my patterns instead of my intentions?

This is Not a Workshop. It's an Experience.

A facilitated behavioral pressure-test lab.

TurnHER Up is not built around advice, instruction, or performance.

Instead of telling you what to do, this live experience is designed to help you observe how your behavior actually shows up when pressure is present - in conversation, decision-making, and leadership moments that matter.

Kenyatta guides participants through a series of live sessions designed to surface behavioral patterns through story, structure, and interaction. The goal is not improvement in the moment, but clarity that carries forward long after the event ends.

What Participants Say

What TurnHER Up Makes Visible

TurnHER Up doesn't teach you something new. It shows you something that's already true.

Participants leave with:

  • Direct, first-hand evidence of how their behavioral pattern actually operates under real pressure - not a self-report, not a guess

  • Precise language for a pattern they may have sensed but never been able to name

  • A clear, personal record of where intention and behavior diverge under stress

  • The Platinum Behavioral Rule, and how it applies specifically to themstead of fighting them

TurnHER Up doesn't tell you what to do with what you see. It gives you the clearest possible view of it.

What To Expect At TurnHER Up

TurnHER Up is a live, structured experience designed

to support observation, not performance.

This means you’re not asked to role-play, self-disclose, or demonstrate anything “correct.”

Instead, the experience is designed to help you notice how your behavior naturally shows up under pressure — through guided moments of reflection, story, and interaction.

Before the event, you’ll complete the Behavioral Assessment

and receive your personal report.

The Behavioral Assessment is a research-backed, forced-choice tool using 46 structured questions to reveal your Behavioral SuperPowers and Kryptonite. The report provides clear data about how your behavioral strengths operate normally and under stress.

Participation is invitational,

not required.

Kenyatta guides you through a series of sessions that make behavioral responses visible through story, metaphor, and interaction, without pressure to share or perform. Some attendees prefer to observe and reflect. Others choose a more interactive role. Both are valid, and both are designed into the experience.

How the Experience Unfolds

TurnHER Up follows a deliberate rhythm designed to surface insight without pressure.

Over the course of the event, you’ll move through a series of guided sessions that help you:

  • Notice your natural behavioral strengths

  • Observe how those strengths shift under pressure

  • See patterns emerge through story, metaphor, and interaction

  • Reflect alongside other leaders without comparison or performance

Some moments are quiet and reflective. Others are more interactive. At no point are you required to share personal details or perform for the group. The experience is intentionally paced to allow insight to surface and stick.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to actively participate to get value from this event?

No. Observation is a valid and powerful form of participation. TurnHER Up is designed with multiple engagement levels, and no one is required to speak, share, or demonstrate in order to benefit. Many participants gain the most clarity by observing patterns, listening to the language used to describe behavior, and applying those insights privately. Participation is always opt-in.

Is this event appropriate if I'm experienced but not currently leading a large team?

Yes. TurnHER Up is designed for women who make decisions under pressure, whether that pressure comes from leading a team, running a business, managing clients, or holding responsibility for outcomes. If your role requires judgment, communication, or decision-making in high-stakes situations, the experience will be relevant.

Do I need to complete a behavioral assessment to attend?

Yes. All participants complete a Behavioral Intelligence assessment before TurnHER Up. The assessment provides a shared, objective baseline that allows the experience to focus on observable behavior under pressure, not opinions or guesswork. Your results are used throughout the session to support clarity, language, and practical application.

What if I’ve already taken the Behavioral Intelligence assessment?

If you've previously completed the Behavioral Intelligence assessment, at TurnHER Up or elsewhere, you never need to retake it. Your original results are valid and will be used again. Returning participants receive their original report plus a new insert built specifically for this event's theme, so the experience stays current even though the assessment doesn't change.
