Refund & Transfer Policy

This Refund & Transfer Policy applies to all ticket purchases for TurnHER Up, a live, in-person event hosted by Freedom Empire Consulting.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the intentionally limited size, curated composition, and advance preparation required for TurnHER Up, all ticket sales are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Scheduling conflicts
Travel issues
Illness or personal emergencies
Failure to attend or arrive late
Tickets are considered confirmed upon purchase.
2. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another qualified attendee under the following conditions:
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient) at least 7 days prior to the event date
The replacement attendee must meet the general participation criteria for the event
Transfers are subject to approval by the event host
Approved transfers remain the responsibility of the original purchaser until the transfer is confirmed in writing by the host.
3. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation by Host
If TurnHER Up is rescheduled or canceled by Freedom Empire Consulting:
Your ticket will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date or
May be applied to a future TurnHER Up offering, at the discretion of the host
Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of rescheduling unless required by law.
Registered attendees will be notified directly in the event of any changes.
4. Behavioral Assessment Access
Access to the Behavioral Assessment and related materials is tied to ticket purchase and is non-transferable once issued, except in the case of an approved ticket transfer.
Completion of the assessment does not alter the refund or transfer status of a ticket.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We are committed to resolving concerns directly and fairly.
If you have a question or concern regarding your ticket purchase, you must contact us directly prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the event host may result in:
Forfeiture of ticket access
Removal from the event
Disqualification from future events
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback by providing documentation, including:
Proof of purchase
Acceptance of these policies at checkout
Event details and attendance records
6. Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood this Refund & Transfer Policy, agree to the non-refundable nature of ticket sales, and accept the transfer conditions outlined above.
