Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for and participation in TurnHER Up (the “Event”), a live, in-person experience produced by Freedom Empire Consulting, LLC (“Organizer”) and facilitated by Kenyatta Turner, MM, BSPC (“Facilitator”).

By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Event Participation

TurnHER Up is a live, facilitated experiential event focused on behavioral observation and awareness. Participation in any interactive portion of the Event is always optional. You are responsible for choosing your own level of engagement and for participating in a way that aligns with your capacity and comfort.

The Event is not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health counseling. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, insights, or results.

2. Behavioral Assessment

Your ticket includes access to a behavioral assessment and a personal report provided prior to the Event. Completion of the assessment is required to receive the full benefit of the experience.

If you have previously completed the Behavioral SuperPowers assessment and the Organizer can access your results in the system, you will not be required to retake it. You may be asked to complete a brief reflection to support current and relevant application during the Event.

Assessment access and reports are for individual use. Personal sharing is permitted. Commercial reproduction, resale, or redistribution is prohibited without prior written permission.

3. Assumption of Responsibility

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for your own participation, decisions, and interpretations.

The Event is informational and experiential in nature.

You remain solely responsible for how you apply any insights gained.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer, Facilitator, and any event staff or partners are not responsible for personal, professional, or business decisions made before, during, or after the Event.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators, staff, and fellow participants.

Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund, at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

5. Intellectual Property

All Event materials, content, frameworks, language, and experiences presented during TurnHER Up are the intellectual property of Freedom Empire Consulting, LLC and Kenyatta Turner.

Recording, photographing, reproducing, distributing, or sharing Event content without prior written permission is prohibited.

6. Event Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, location, or format if necessary, substitute facilitators if required, or cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, registered attendees will be notified directly. Ticket handling in these cases is governed by the Refund & Transfer Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Event may be photographed or recorded for promotional or documentation purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in Event-related media.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or recordings, you must notify the Organizer in writing prior to the Event and check in with staff upon arrival for opt-out guidance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
