Last Updated: February 1, 2026

TurnHER Up is committed to creating an experience that is welcoming, respectful, and accessible to all attendees.

We recognize that accessibility needs vary, and we encourage open communication so we can support your participation wherever reasonably possible.

Venue Accessibility

TurnHER Up is held at an indoor, professional venue with standard accessibility features, including accessible entrances and restrooms.

If you have specific questions about venue access, mobility considerations, or seating needs, please contact us prior to the event.

Participation & Engagement

Participation during TurnHER Up is always optional.

Attendees are welcome to engage at their own pace and comfort level. Observation is a valid and respected way to participate, and no one is required to share personal information or engage beyond their preference.

Dietary Considerations

Curated food and refreshments are provided during the event.

If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact us in advance. While we cannot guarantee accommodation of all dietary needs, we will make reasonable efforts when notified ahead of time.

Sensory & Learning Considerations

TurnHER Up is a live, facilitated experience that includes spoken instruction, group discussion, and guided reflection.

If you have sensory, learning, or processing considerations and would like to discuss ways to support your experience, we invite you to reach out prior to the event.

How to Request Accessibility Support

Accessibility requests or questions should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event to allow time for review and coordination. You can email requests to [email protected]

Requests are reviewed individually, and we will communicate directly with you regarding available options.
