A four-hour, women-led lab to observe behavior under pressure and gain clear, practical insight.

TurnHER Up — Observe Behavior Under Pressure with Clarity

Spend four focused hours in a psychologically safe setting to observe your patterns, gain clarity on how you respond, and practice staying composed when pressure rises in your leadership.

Date: [Month] [Day], [Year]  •  Time: 1:00–5:00 PM  •  Location: [City, Venue Name]

Designed for thoughtful women who want precise self-observation and practical approaches — not performance critiques or quick fixes.

Who this is for

For women leaders who need clearer observation of how they act under pressure.

TurnHER Up is for women business owners and leaders (typically 30–50) who want to observe how their behavior operates in high-stakes situations—revenue conversations, team dynamics, client delivery, and decision-making.

  • Responsible for people, profit, or both and seeking clearer self-observation.
  • Value data and practical judgment.
  • Can hold nuance and review their actions without blame.
  • Want concrete, usable feedback they can apply immediately.

Who this is not for

This is not group motivation or clinical therapy.

TurnHER Up is likely not a fit if you are:

  • Seeking motivational speeches or broad inspiration.
  • Needing clinical therapy, crisis support, or trauma processing.
  • Expecting a lecture-style course focused on slides and jargon.
  • Not willing to reflect or participate in a psychologically safe way.

If you are a thoughtful, capable woman who wants clear, specific language to describe observed behaviors, this program is appropriate.

A behavioral guide

Facilitated by a behavioral strategist who clarifies patterns rather than fixing attendees.

[Host Name] is a behavioral guide and facilitator who works with founders, executives, and expert service providers to clarify how behavior shapes interactions and outcomes, especially under pressure.

Her approach uses behavioral assessment, pattern recognition, and precise, evidence-based language to help high-performing women recognize patterns without judgment.

In TurnHER Up, she facilitates a structured, psychologically safe environment where attendees can observe patterns in their behavior, practice alternative responses, and gain practical language to use with teams, clients, and collaborators.

What attendees say

“I finally had language for what I do under pressure — and a way to work with it instead of fighting it.”

“It felt precise, calm, and strikingly accurate — without ever feeling exposed.”

TurnHER Up is intentionally small to preserve this level of depth and safety.

Event details

Four hours of structured observation and practice.

This session is structured and experiential. Over four hours, participants will engage in guided reflection, observe live demonstrations, and practice in controlled exercises that reveal behavioral responses under pressure.

Location: [Venue Name], [City]  •  Duration: 4 hours  •  Format: In-person, small group.

Participants complete a behavioral assessment beforehand; session activities will use assessment results to focus on observable behaviors and in-the-moment application.

Quick facts

  • Group size: limited to support detailed observation and facilitator feedback.
  • Pre-work: a behavioral assessment and a brief reflection to guide session activities.
  • Environment: a controlled, distraction-free space for focused observation and practice.
  • Follow-up: an optional 1:1 session for individualized review of assessment findings.

Experiential flow

Four-hour experiential flow

Phase I

Arrival and baseline

Settle into the room, review your assessment results, and establish a baseline description of how you typically move, decide, and respond.

Phase II

Behavior under pressure

Observe live demonstrations and optional Spotlight interactions to identify how behavior shifts under pressure. Descriptions will be specific and de-personalized to support objective observation and practice.

Phase III

Integration and application

Translate observations into clear descriptions and practical exercises: note typical responses, rehearse strategies for pressured situations, and practice articulating observed patterns to others.

What you’ll walk away with

Practical clarity and grounded next steps for your behavior.

By the end of TurnHER Up, you will have clear understanding, practical insights, and grounded next steps:

  • A grounded understanding of your behavioral patterns — not just how you feel, but how you move.
  • Clear insights into what shifts when you’re under pressure: what speeds up, what slows, and what intensifies.
  • Practical language you can use with your team and clients to describe your style without defensiveness or apology.
  • Simple, actionable strategies to work with your behavioral strengths in day-to-day decisions.
  • Concrete ways to align your behavior with your business model, leadership, and decision-making.

Beyond the event

Your ticket includes a complimentary Behavioral SWOT session — a 1:1 conversation that maps your behavioral strengths, stress points, and strategic opportunities.

This is where you can connect what you noticed in the room to specific decisions, offers, hiring choices, or leadership moves in your business.

It also allows for thoughtful follow-up into future consulting support, if and when that makes sense for you.

Questions, answered

What you may want to know before you commit.

How is psychological safety maintained during the session?

We focus on clear expectations and observable practices rather than asking for personal disclosure. The session includes explicit norms, opt-in participation options, and language that describes behaviors without assigning blame. Facilitators explain what is requested of participants and do not pressure anyone to share more than they choose.

What should I wear?

Wear clothes that let you move and stay comfortable while working — something similar to business-casual. Expect to be seated, writing, and doing light movement; choose layers if you tend to run hot or cold.

What food is provided?

We provide light, practical options designed to sustain focus: snacks, a modest substantial item, and non-alcoholic drinks. Exact offerings depend on the venue. After you register, you can note dietary restrictions and we will coordinate reasonable accommodations within the venue’s capabilities.

What is your refund and transfer policy?

Tickets are non-refundable because capacity and group composition are limited. You may transfer your seat to another qualified attendee up to 7 days before the event. If an event is rescheduled by the host, your ticket will transfer to the new date or may be applied to a future offering.
